  • Come join a progressive 6-week program designed to help ANY handicap.
  • Be assessed by a Physical Therapist and learn how your body may be limiting your golf swing.
  • Develop a comprehensive exercise program you can do at home or the gym to maximize your golf potential and assist you in preventing injuries.

The program will meet once a week for 6 weeks. 

Each group session will be led by a Physical Therapist, who will instruct you on how to perform these golf specific exercises and provide you helpful hints on injury prevention.

You, as an individual golfer will get one-on-one treatment with an experienced Physical Therapist to enhance your flexibility and strength.  This program utilizes manual techniques to improve your joint and soft tissue restrictions that may be limiting your golf swing mechanics.  You will then be given specific exercises to reinforce proper movement patterns that are needed for the golf swing.
