Flexibility Screening and Core Stability Assessment
Are musculoskeletal imbalances affecting your running?

  • All participants will be individually screened by a Sports Physical Therapist, Pedorthist or ATC. 
  • Fundamentals of stretching, core strengthening and foot orthotic principles will be presented.
