Lymphedema is an abnormal accumulation of a protein-rich fluid in the superficial tissues of the body. This condition can be classified into 2 categories, Primary and Secondary Lmyphedema.

At present there are no medications or surgical interventions that can cause significant results in the swelling. Complete Decongestive Physiotherapy (CPD) allows for a safe, non-invasive and effective treatment to reduce limb size and manage Lymphedema.
